Additional Photos from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Site layouts for the financier's private tropical island included in the images.

Furthermore featured in this recent document release appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had created development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by building homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

You can see the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is annotated in notations in red and features a legend labelling different parts of the land.

In addition to the main plan are what look to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, including designs for boat shelters.

Further images released as part of the continuing investigative process.
